Bug reports and feature requests
Please include: your browser or Android version, the car and discipline you were tuning, the symptoms you ticked, and (if possible) a screenshot. We typically respond within a few business days.
Press, partnerships, content creators
We are happy to help creators covering Forza Horizon 6 tuning. Mention "press" in the subject line and we will reply with assets and a short fact sheet.
Privacy and data requests
For GDPR access, erasure, or any privacy-related request, email contact@easytune.app with "Privacy request" in the subject. We respond within 30 days.
Refunds
Refunds for the Pro Android app are handled by Google Play directly. Open the Play Store app, find your order, and request a refund. Within 48 hours, Google grants the refund automatically.
